Guidance Counseling
The MATC Guidance Counselor-- Monica Kelly-- assists students in course selection and registration, meeting school entrance requirements as well as withdrawal and re-enrollment issues. Our counselor is also responsible for academic advising which includes satisfactory academic progress, attendance, and personal matters. She maintains an “open-door” policy and is always anxious to meet a student’s needs. Monica can be reached by phone at 863-7510 or in person at the Orem MATC campus. (Students requiring personal appointments at the American Fork or Spanish Fork campuses can do so by scheduling with Monica in advance.)
Maren Mather - Placement Specialist
Our placement specialist is dedicated to helping students find externships and job opportunitites. She is also available for help with interviewing, resume and cover letter writing.
Employment Placement Service
The MATC highly values education that leads to employment. We are dedicated to providing students with multiple resources to obtain employment. At each MATC Campus there is a job board with listings of current jobs opportunities. We have also posted these jobs below in a printable, PDF, version.
