Sponsored Students
Tuition at The Mountainland Applied Technology College is among the lowest in the state at only $1.55 per hour for adult students. High school students attend MATC tuition-free. However, if you do not have the means to make tuition and fee payments, you may consider other state and private organizations which may be able to assist with the cost of your training.
Referring Agencies and Organizations
MATC works closely with several government agencies and private organizations to help individuals obtain the training they need to qualify for employment. Some of those organizations include the Department of Workforce Services (DWS), Division of Rehabilitation Services (Voc Rehab), and Deseret Industries. You may want to work with one or more of these organizations directly as you arrange financing for your training program at MATC.
Veterans
Most of the training programs offered at MATC are approved for veterans. Please contact the Financial Aid Office for additional information on program eligibility requirements and accessing your benefits (801) 753-4107 or (801) 753-4105.
Private Loaning Institutions
