MATC Custom Fit

Registration Instructions


To receive the Custom Fit discounted price:
  1. If your company has already been qualified by Custom Fit, you must work through your designated company contact person. That person should fill out a Registration Form / Training Agreement* and return it to the MATC.
     
  2. If you don’t know if your company has been qualified, you may contact us to find out.
       
  3. Click here to find out how your company can qualify for Custom Fit funding.

You may wish to save the Training Agreement document on your computer for future classes, so that you don’t have to fill out the company information section more than once.
