What to Do Before an Exam
Getting ready for an exam can be a very stressful time. Many people feel that cramming the night before is a great idea for getting a good score, others feel that keeping their mind off the subject for a while helps them. We have a list of great tips and ideas of things you should regularly do the night before a big exam:
1. Study
Studying for an exam is a great thing, even if you’re studying the night before. Make sure however, that this is not the only night that you’re using to study for an exam. When cramming there is an actual limit to what your brain can take in. Make sure you take several nights or even several weeks to study the material on an exam.
2. Sleep
As tempting as it may be to go out and stay up all night playing video games, this will not help your test scores. Give yourself plenty of time to get sleep and let your brain have as much energy as possible for your test.

3. Breakfast
Eat a good, balanced meal in the morning. Be sure to include protein and fruits to give you energy and help you focus. Avoid using caffeine, this can make people nervous and jittery while taking their exam.
4. Be on Time
To avoid being too nervous, show up early to your exam so that you can relax and not have one extra worry on your plate.
5. Fun
As weird as it sounds, having fun on an exam is possible. Just enjoy the experience and do your best. Be confident in your abilities and you’ll reap the rewards.
